The Community Partners Rainbow Room is collecting toys for children in CPS care. The goal is to help those that are not being served by other organizations. Displays are set up at Farmers State Bank and Shelby Savings Bank. Donors are encouraged to select a tag from the display, purchase a toy and return the unwrapped gift to the bank no later than Dec. 16.
