Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces a graveside service for 49-year old Tammie Sue Lawrence of Center. She passed away Monday at her residence. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Shelby County. Among Tammie Sue Lawrence’s survivors is her husband, Danny Lawrence of Center; daughters, Chelsea, Brittany and Heather Lawrence, all of Center; mother, Mary Boniol of Center; brothers, Jeff & Jeanne Boniol of Red Oak, Rodney & Kim Boniol of Center, Kevin Boniol & Haven Holland of Center, Clifton James Boniol of Center, and Kristle Walker of Center.

 

Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 10-year old Nicholas Adrian Guerrero of Center. Service will be at 10 a.m. this morning at Watson & Sons Chapel, with interment at Jackson Cemetery in Joaquin. Nicholas was a student at Shelbyville Elementary. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Texas Children’s Hospital, Genetics General Fund in Houston.

 

Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 95-year old Jim Ann Taylor of Center. Service will be held at 2 p.m. this afternoon at First United Methodist Church in Center, with interment at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church Choir Fund in Center.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces service for 62-year old Ann Crocker of Center. She passed away Sunday at CHI St. Luke’s Health in San Augustine. Service will be at 3 p.m. this afternoon at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at New Hope Cemetery, Shelby County. Visitation will be prior to service starting at noon today. She worked for Covington’s Lumber Company for several years. Among Ann Crocker’s survivors are sons, Clint & Craig Crocker, both of Huxley; sister-in-law, Sue & Glen Bolton of Huxley; brother-in-law, Randy & Mindy Smotherman of Huxley; sister-in-law, Mary Paxton of Center; and brother-in-law, Hershal Walker of Center.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces pending service for 54-year old David Whitton of Center. He passed away Sunday at his residence.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces service for 87-year old Charles B. "CB" Harris of Center. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. this afternoon at Mangum Funeral Home. Military Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Rather Cemetery in Shelbyville. He was a lifelong logger. Among Charles B. "CB" Harris’ survivors is a son, Charles D. “Chuck” & LouAnn Harris of Center; and daughters, Cynthia K. & Jeff Lobe of Washington State and Cathy L. Harris Pruitt of Joaquin; brother & sisters, Elgava Jones of South Carolina, Bruce Harris of North Carolina and Marquata Owen of North Carolina.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home of San Augustine announces service for 82-year old Roetta Broas of San Augustine. She passed away Friday in San Augustine. Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel in San Augustine, with interment in the Townsend Cemetery, San Augustine County. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. this evening at Wyman Roberts. Among Roetta Broas’ survivors is her husband, Robert Broas of San Augustine; sons, Robert Jr. & Eileen Broas of Miami, Fla., Richard & Elizabeth Broas of Davenport, Fla.; and daughter, Rita & Tom Gilcrease of San Augustine.

 

Community Funeral Home of Center announces service for 73-year old L.B. Brown of Center. He passed away Thursday in Center. The wake will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening at Community Funeral Home Chapel. Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, with interment at Westview Cemetery. Among L.B. Brown's survivors are daughters, Mabel Lane, Marilyn Roberts, and Essie Daniels, all of Nacogdoches; Linda Fields, Winnie Small and Rose Boykins, all of Center; sons, Roy & Jackie Casey and Karson Brown, both of Center, David & Lena Smith of Beaumont and Stacy Ruth of Center; son-in-law, Bryan Daniels of Tyler; daughter-in-law, Joyce Brown of Nacogdoches; brother, Prince Robert & Lonora Dixon of Houston; and sister, Betty Cooks of Center.
