DPS continues to investigate a one-vehicle roll over fatality accident that occurred last night near Garrison.

DPS said an older model Jeep Wrangler was traveling east on FM 1087 when it rolled over about a quarter mile past County Road 3282 in Nacogdoches County.

The Garrison Fire Dept, along with DPS and Nacogdoches County Sheriff Deputies responded.

DPS Communications in Lufkin had no other information available this morning.
