The Shelby County Children’s Advocacy Center is conducting their annual Toy Drive now through Dec. 12. They’re asking for contributions of toys and clothing to be distributed to the children that we have served in the past year, who range in age from 3 to 17. Donations can be delivered to the Advocacy Center at 220 Field Street in Center. If you would like more information about specific needs, call 936-590-9864.

In addition, Wright Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Center is "Stocking a Ram" for the Shelby County Children's Advocacy Center this Christmas. The dealership is accepting donations of new, unwrapped gifts through Dec. 12. For a each donation, you'll be registered for a chance to win a TV.
