In order to complete reliability upgrades, the regional transmission grid operator is requiring a short outage.  If all goes as planned, the outage should last less than 5 minutes.

Areas affected:
Monday, November 10th at 4 AM: Members served by our Black Ankle, Pendleton, Hemphill, Six Mile, San Augustine, Bronson and Holly substations.
Monday, November 17th at 4 AM: Members served by our Hilltop substation.
Friday, November 21st at 11:40 PM: Members served by our Black Ankle, Pendleton, Hemphill, Six Mile, San Augustine, Bronson, Holly and Hilltop substations.
