To follow up on a house fire story we had Friday, the home of Justin Horton on Hwy. 59 south of Tenaha received substantial damage as it was reported to be fully engulfed in flames when Tenaha Volunteer Firemen arrived Thursday night.

Along with assistance from the Timpson VFD, the home was not a total loss.

The cause of the fire is being traced back to the kitchen area.
