If you haven’t heard, a Corpus Christi federal judge struck down Texas’ voter ID requirements last Friday, so right now, it’s still up in the air whether you’ll need valid form of identification before you can vote, whether early, or on Election Day.

The last day to apply for a ballot by mail (received, not postmarked) is Friday, Oct. 24.
