Tri-County Head Start is holding a Shelby County Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Oct. 17 at the old elementary school gym at 214 Nacogdoches Street in Center. The purpose of the resource fair is to educate the community on the resources that are available to them.
