The second annual Happenings at Shelbyville Hill Fest will be held Saturday, Oct. 18 at the top of the hill in Shelbyville. The Shelbyville Lions Club is sponsoring the fest with a number of activities planned. Included will be a variety of bands, a raffle, a car show, children's activities, food and craft booths, and a Queen of the Hill Pageant.
