Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 65-year old Ronny Lynn Raybon of Joaquin. He passed away Wednesday in Mamou, La. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. this evening at Watson & Sons Funeral Home, and from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at San Patricio Baptist Church in Converse, La. Service will be held at 2 p.m. at San Patricio Baptist Church in Converse, with interment at Cassel Cemetery in Converse. Among Ronny Lynn Raybon’s survivors is his wife, Sue Raybon of Joaquin; children, Eric Raybon and wife Meschelle of Logansport, Rhonda Raybon Sandifer and husband Michael of Joaquin, Brenda Raybon, Linda Raybon and Christine Raybon, all of Joaquin; mother, Margie Mae Anderson and husband Alfred of Converse; brothers, Lonny Raybon and wife, Sherrie of Joaquin and Rickey Raybon and wife Nita of Converse; sister, Nancy Rigsby and husband Delmer of Converse; and step-brothers, Dow Anderson, Dinky Anderson and Rod Anderson.


Mangum Funeral Home announces pending service for 24-year old Manuel Acopa-Heredia of Joaquin. He passed away Thursday as a result of an automobile accident. Among Manuel Acopa-Heredia’s survivors is his father Alfredo Acopa-Heredia of Joaquin.


Community Funeral Home of Center announces service for 66-year old Miss Gloria Jean King of the East Liberty Community. A Wake will be from 6 to 9 p.m. this evening at Community Funeral Home Chapel in Center. She will lay-in-state from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at Todd Springs Baptist Church, with funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Bush Cemetery, San Augustine.


Garner & Son Mortuary of San Augustine announces service for 79-year old Leo Moore of San Augustine. Service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Countyline Baptist Church in San Augustine County, with interment at Countyline Cemetery.
