The annual Eta Rho Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi chicken dinner fundraiser will be held this afternoon, Monday, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the Center Square. The cost per dinner plate is $7 and will include grilled chicken prepared by the Shelby County Cookers, baked beans, potato salad and dessert. The fundraiser is held annually to benefit the Ginny Mallory Wright Scholarship Fund. Each year, Eta Rho awards deserving high school seniors with a scholarship to use at the college of their choice.
