Due to line repair, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality had required the Five-Way Water System to notify customers of the need to boil water before consumption. The system says this is for customers south of Spurr 699. 

When it's no longer necessary to boil the water, the water system wil notify you that the water is safe for consumption.
