Tri-County Community Action's weekly food pantry giveaway known as "Harvest for Homes" for Shelby County residents is taking place this morning. Certain criteria must be met to receive food, but you may qualify, regardless. You're asked to bring proof of Shelby County residency and income verification The grocery giveaway will be from 9 to 11:30 a.m. this morning, and every Thursday, at Tri-County's offices, at 214 Nacogdoches Street in Center.

By the way, Tri-County's produce drop, is held the fourth Wednesday of the month at the old CVS building in Center.
