East Texas Extended Care will be opening their fourth location this morning at 233 Hurst Street.

The Center office is the third health-care facility this year that owners Dawn Barnes and Justin Timmons have opened. Others include Pineland and San Augustine. The original facility in Timpson was opened a couple of years ago.

The Center office’s hours are 8 to 4, Monday thru Friday, and opened for lunch with walk-ins only.

Joining the team in Center is Family Nurse Practioner Bridget Hughes.

This Saturday, East Texas Extended Care will be hosting an immunization clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all four locations – Timpson, Center, San Augustine and Pineland. They will have immunizations for children with private insurance, Medicaid and 15 dollar shots for children with no insurance. No appointments are necessary, and remember to bring your insurance card and the child’s immunization record.
