It’s a big day for outdoors folks, as the Texas hunting and fishing licenses go on sale this morning. However, before you head out to get yours, be sure you have taken care of any fines or other civil restitution that you may owe to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department—you could be denied a license if you haven’t.
