A Wake will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Community Funeral Home in Center. Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Triumph Church in Center, with interment at Westview Cemetery in Center. Among Kay Loretta Waterhouse’s survivors are, husband, Richard Phillps of Center; and a son, Ardie J. Phillips of Center.
