We want to bring you up-to-date on filing for position on the Center City Council race coming up in November. We received notification yesterday that at-large Center Councilman Jim Forbes and Position 2 Councilman Jerry Lathan had both filed for re-election. They join at-large Council woman Leigh Porterfield making their intentions known for the upcoming city council election.
