In Louisiana, a gallon’s averaging $3.26, down a nickel in the past week. Nationally, the average is $3.47, which is 13 cents less from the same time a year ago. Here at home, checking prices this morning in Center, the lowest we found was $3.29 at Wal-Mart, down four cents in the past week.
