A Pilgrim’s Pride employee in Nacogdoches has died after being electrocuted while working on machinery at the processing facility early Monday.

A corporate press release says that 50-year old Bobby Joe Beall of Nacogdoches was taken to the hospital around 3:20 a.m. Monday morning where he was pronounced dead.

The release says the Pilgrim’s Pride was working with local officials and OSHA to determine the cause of the incident.

Pilgrim's Pride is located at 928 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Nacogdoches.
