During Saturday night’s Center Volunteer Fire Department BINGO Fundraiser event, fellow fireman Kevin O’Connor made a live video appearance via SKYPE during the drawing for three guns, with tickets sold to assist O’Connor and his wife Saundra during his long recovery in Houston following a double-lung transplant last month.

An emotional O’Connor thanked everyone for their support. O’Connor is a local plumber, and has been a Center Volunteer Fireman for 11 years.

Winner of the guns were Glynn Russell, John Green and Jack Ford.
