The City of Center Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet at 12 noon Wednesday, and among the agenda items will be approving the Fiscal Year 2015 Proposed Budget; a recommendation of Enterprise Zone Application for Tyson Foods and discussion of development of job training/workforce development assistance program.

Then at 5 p.m. Wednesday, the Hotel/Motel Tax Advisory Committee meets at city hall, and among their agenda items will be to consider request from the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce for 2014 Grill Fest Sponsorship and 2013 Operational Reimbursement request, in addition to recommending the Fiscal Year 2015 Proposed Budget for city council approval.
