Tenaha High School incoming freshman Jaden Washington was recently crowned Miss Texas Junior Teen during competition in Dallas.

Jaden competed against 159 other girls for the title. She will now travel to California in November and represent Texas for the national title. She was also awarded a cash prize, tickets to Disneyland and a guided tour through the fame streets of Hollywood.

Jaden is the 14-year old daughter of Angel and Frank Washington. In preparation for nationals, anyone that would like to sponsor Jaden is asked to contact her mom at mommytojaden5@yahoo.com.
