Tenaha City Council may consider hiring deputy city marshal

The Tenaha City Council will have a regular meeting at 5:15 Monday afternoon, and among their agenda items for discussion and possible consideration will be hiring a deputy for the City Marshal’s Department, in addition to possibly acting on changing utility supervisor Wes Wheeler’s title to waste water operator and changing his pay structure to hourly.

Tenaha Council will also be briefed on the procedure for disposing of seized property/vehicles by Stephen Shires, and discuss the budget and progress for the proposed park on Center Street.
