A Blood Pressure Screening and Healthy Living information will be available in San Augustine next Wednesday, July 9 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the San Augustine Food Pantry.
Public Health Educator and registered nurse, Paula Botsford says the program puts "tools" into the hands of citizens that want to make lifestyle changes, so that they feel better and can avoid a preventable hospitalization.
Ms. Botsford says she’ll have information on smoking cessation, exercise, healthy dietary solutions and medication compliance.
