Center Broadcasting unveils KXXE "The XX's in East Texas, hot country on 92.5

Center Broadcasting Company announces two changes to its family of stations. Beginning today, Monday, June 30, there is a call letter and an exciting format change to one of its existing frequencies.  “The XX’s in East Texas, KXXE, the New Country Channel,” has debuted on 92.5 FM.

 

“KXXE is playing the biggest country hits from the 1990s and 2000s – plus today’s hottest songs, 24-hours a day,” according to Blake Michaels, CBC program director. “We’ll have more back-to-back country with less interruption.”

 

Michaels says core artist include Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum and Dierks Bentley, along with Keith Urban, Alan Jackson, and of course George Strait, among others.

 

Michaels added “The XX’s in East Texas” will give the younger country radio listeners in deep east Texas their own station.” He says the popular format will be geared toward an 18+ audience, which for the advertiser is the core retail spending age group.

 

He says KXXE, just like the other company stations is also available via the Center Broadcasting website at cbc-radio.com, and you can download the Tune-in radio app for your I-Phone and Android device and take it along wherever you go.

 

KXXE, “The XX’s in East Texas” joins other CBC stations, Real Country Q-100 KQBB and Community Radio KDET 930AM
