A Tenaha man was injured in a four-wheeler accident Sunday afternoon near Patroon.

Shelby County Today is reporting, 19-year old Travion Osby was driving an ATV northbound along State Hwy. 87, just north of Patroon around 4:20, when he came upon a small creek, which was not visible due to tall grass, jumped the creek, and upon landing impact, Osby was flipped off the front of the vehicle and landed on the ground.

The report says Osby was transported to the parking lot of Patroon Baptist Church by ACE EMS where Shelbyville Volunteer Fireman set up a landing zone for Life Air Rescue.

Travion Osby was taken to University Health Hospital in Shreveport with unknown injuries.
