Nacogdoches County Sheriff Jason Bridges is saying a Garrison man has been arrested for a second time for allegedly sexually assaulting multiple children dating back to 1996.
Sheriff Bridges said original charges were filed against 39-year old Horace Rambin, but other people came forward to the district attorney’s office and filed additional charges.
Rambin was released Wednesday on $150,000 bond following his indictment on three counts of sexual assault of a child and six counts of indecency with a child.
He was first arrested Jan. 23 on three counts of sexual assault of a child after reportedly confessing to raping a 12-year old girl in July 1996.
The indictment also accuses Rambin of assaulting two other victims-each younger than 17 from August of 1996 to July 1999.
