In Louisiana, a gallon’s averaging $3.39, up two cents in the past week. Nationally, the average is $3.62, which is down 6 pennies from the same period a year ago. Here at home, checking prices this morning in Center, the lowest we found was $3.43 at Walmart, which is the same as last week.
