Billy Jack Moore, 60, of Center, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025, in Nacogdoches.
Celebration of life will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.
Born January 21, 1964, in Center, Billy is the son of Lloyd Moore and Emma Jean Bearden Moore. In his younger years, Billy would have been described as “the life of the party.” He was a loving partner, father, and friend. He was a hard worker and especially enjoyed gardening. Billy loved spending time with his family and friends. Above all, Billy was faithful to his Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his partner, Tina Byrd of Center; children, Steff Moore of Center and Cheyenne Moore and wife Kylee of Center; grandchildren, Destin Moore, Emma Moore, Madalynn Ferrebee, Hayven Childress, Carleigh Chapman, Baylor Chapman, Emmett Childress, Colt Childress, Greyson Childress, and Levi Childress; brother, Billy Joe Moore and wife Lisa of Hemphill; special friend, Shane Curry; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends who dearly loved him.
Preceded in death by parents, Lloyd Moore and Emma Jean Bearden Moore; and sister, Robbie Nell Moore.
