Luis V. Rosales, 59, of Center, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025, in Lufkin.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home
in Center. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 13, 2025, at St. Therese Catholic Church
in Center. His wishes were to be cremated.
Born June 5, 1965, Luis is the son of Leandro Rosales and Galdina Vinaja. He enjoyed vegetable gardening. An
animal person, Luis loved taking care of his cats. He attended St. Therese Catholic Church in Center.
He is survived by his daughter, Luisa Arriaga and husband Agustine of Center; grandchildren, Alyna Arriaga of
Center, Stephanie Arriaga of Center, and Mariano Arriaga of Center; brothers and sisters, Carlos Rosales of
Texas, Angel Rosales of Texas, Guadalupe Rosales of Mexico, Isidora Rosales of Mexico, and Victoria Rosales of
Mexico; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leandro Rosales and Galdina Vinaja; brother, Ignacio Rosales; and sister,
Agustina Rosales.
