Liza Jane Singleton, 76 of Center, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024. She was born September 8, 1947 to the late Rainy Brooks and Mary Lee Brooks.

 

Funeral service is at 1pm Saturday, August 10 at East Liberty Baptist Church, 2980 CR 2569, Center, Texas 75935 with Reverend Steven Stanley, Pastor, and Reverend Eric Cartwright, Eulogist. Visitation on Friday, August 9 is from 10am until 8pm with the wake from 6pm until 8pm at Community Funeral Home Chapel in Center. Visitation on Saturday, August 10 is from 12 noon until service time at the East Liberty Baptist Church. Interment is at Thompson Cemetery in Shelbyville.

She is also preceded in death by her spouse, Voner Singleton; daughters, Jennifer Garret and Laura Cartwright; grandson, Jonas Goodwin; sisters, Janie Brooks and Anna B Moore; and brother, Willie Floyd Brooks.
