Dixie Ruth Taylor Barnes, 81, of Rosenberg, Texas, passed away on July 22, 2023, surrounded by loved ones in Rosenberg, Texas.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 10AM at Mangum Funeral Home, Center, Texas. Interment will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be held prior to the service on July 25, 2023, beginning at 9AM at Mangum Funeral Home. A full obituary will be published as soon as it becomes available.
