Collette L. Swindle, 46, of Center, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in Center. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Revival Tabernacle in Center. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 16, 2023, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Interment will be at Thompson Cemetery in Shelby County.

Born July 22, 1976, Collette is the daughter of Sharon Rene Harris Swindle and Ronnie Swindle. In high school, Collette was involved in basketball and track and field. She also played baritone in the band. Her favorite hobby was fishing.

She is survived by her son, Khyle Daniels of Center; daughter, Taigan Williams of Center; sisters, Brandy Bennett of Nacogdoches and LaTundra Sanders of Houston; brothers, Michael Moore of Kyle and Nicholas Bennett of Logansport, Louisiana; grandfather, Roosevelt Swindle of Center; father, Robert Earl Thomas of Center; and numerous other relatives.
