Reginald Edward Schoenewolf

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Reginald Edward Schoenewolf (Reggie) on January 2, 2023, in Bullard, Texas at the age of 72. Reggie was born on November 23, 1950, in Gatesville, Texas to Edward and Wanda Schoenewolf. He grew up in Gatesville and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.

Reggie was a vibrant and beloved individual whose presence brought joy to everyone around him. His quick wit and love of practical jokes kept those close to him constantly entertained. A passionate sports fan, he particularly loved cheering on his Baylor Bears and Dallas Cowboys. Above all, Reggie was a devoted father, husband, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him. His light will continue to shine in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

Reggie leaves behind a loving family, including his daughter Regan Jackson, her husband Gary, and their two children Saylor and Tripp. He also leaves behind his stepdaughter Steely Schnase, her husband Matt, and his cherished dog Bo.

Reggie was preceded in death by his wife Donna Schoenewolf, mother Wanda Faye Schoenewolf, father Edward Schoenewolf, brother Randal Schoenewolf, and sister Suzanne Schoenewolf.

A memorial service for Reggie will be held within the coming weeks. Those desiring to send flowers and plants in Reggie’s memory will be able to do so at that time. Rest in peace, Reggie.
