Hicks Mortuary is announcing funeral service for Mrs. Gloria Booth Peterson formally of Shelbyville, Texas and now of Nacogdoches, Texas. Mrs. Peterson died on May 19, 2022, at CHI St. Luke in Lufkin, Texas.    Mrs. Peterson was born to the late Lee Ester Booth and the late Christine Cartwright Booth in Orange, Texas.    Funeral service will be on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 2:30 PM at Hicks Chapel in Center, Texas.    Elder Faye Dell Allen of Strong Triumph will be officiating. 

Mrs. Gloria Peterson is survived by:

Son:  Archie Peterson Jr of San Angelo, Texas 

Daughters:  Tracey Peterson of Dallas, Texas and Camillia Peterson of Nacogdoches, Texas 

Grandchildren:  Syncere Peterson, Hilton Peterson, Alexus Johnson, and Jahyr Patterson

Siblings:  Caroline Booth, Stacey Booth, Jackie Fredrick, and Cleveland Booth   

 

Visiting:  Friday, June 3, 2022, at Hicks Chapel 1:00 PM-5:00 PM

 

Committal:  Rather Cemetery in Shelbyville, Texas
