Sharon Rena Thomas

Sharon Rena Thomas, 62, of Center, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022, in Center.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2022, at Revival Tabernacle in Center with Bro. Dathan Triplett officiating.  Interment will follow at Thompson Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Born October 27, 1959, in Shelbyville, Sharon is the daughter of Janie Mae Brooks and Buddy Harris.  She was a member of Revival Tabernacle in Center.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Earl Thomas of Center; daughter, Collette Swindle of Center; grandchildren, Khyle Daniels of Center and Taigan Williams of Center; stepchildren, Kelvin Ratcliff of Wells and Tracey Smith of Puyallup, Washington; step grandchildren, Kelvin Ratcliff Jr. of Wells, DeAngelo Smith of Puyallup, Washington, and Jasmyne Smith of Puyallup, Washington; brothers and sisters, Claudia Chumbley and Vanessa of Shelbyville, Vivian Cartwright and Clifton of Tenaha, Daphne Brooks of Tenaha, LaShun Booth and Joyce of Tampa, Florida, Bartholemew Booth and Linda of Nacogdoches, Ramona Booth of Houston, and Jackie Booth and Ashley of Nacogdoches; brothers-in-law, Walter Thomas and Edith of Center and John A. Thomas of Texas City; sisters-in-law, Debra Kay Thomas of Longview and Cathy Thomas of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; a host of nieces and nephews; aunts, Eliza Singleton of Shreveport, Louisiana and Ella Turner of Hobbs, New Mexico; uncles, J.C. Brooks of Shelbyville and Robert Moore of Center.

Preceded in death by parents, Janie Mae Brooks and Buddy Harris; and grandmother, Mary Lee Brooks.
