Hicks Mortuary is announcing graveside service for Mrs. Susie Skillern (99) of Mesquite, Texas formally of Lufkin, Texas (Cedar Grove Community). Mrs. Skillern was born on December 25, 1921, to the late Leingh and Charlotte King. Mrs. Skillern died on November 15, 2021, at a Mesquite Nursing Home.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 1:00 PM in the Pine Flat Community Elder Jonwesley Gatlin will be officiating.

Due to COVID 19, masks are required during visitation and graveside services. All safety procedures are strictly enforced.
