Jack Balcome, 88, of Richmond, Tx passed away on August 22 ,2021. Born on September 23, 1932, to Hazen Paul and Jennette Rhae Balcome in Long Beach, California.

Visitation will be held Wednesday August 25, 2021, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM At Mangum Funeral Home Center, Texas. Graveside Service will be Thursday August 26, at 10:00AM at Old Home Cemetery Center Texas.
