Hicks Mortuary of Center, Texas is announcing funeral service for Mrs. Jessie Mae Fountain (91) of Center, Texas.   Mrs. Fountain died on July 31, 2021, at her daughter’s residence in Houston, Texas.  Funeral service will be Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church (623 Martin Luther King Drive Center, Texas) at 11:00 A.M.  Rev. Anthony Jackson officiating and Arthur Cloudy the Eulogist. 

Mrs. Fountain is survived by:

1 Son:  Keith Fountain Sr. (Lisa) of Missouri City, Texas 

Daughters:  Sharon (Eltroy) Ayers of Houston, Texas; LaJuanah Fountain of Houston, Texas; and Jessica Fountain-Carter of Houston, Texas

Stepson:  Leon Fountain of Dallas, Texas

Grandchildren:  Stacy Ayers of Houston, Texas; Kesha Fountain of Seattle Washington; Keith Fountain Jr and Kelon Fountain of Missouri City, Texas 

Great-Grandchild:  Jamine Ayers of Houston, Texas 

Visitation: On Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church from the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 10: 45 A.M. 

Repass:  Windham Civic Center (146 Express Blvd, Center, Texas)

Committal:  Westview Cemetery in Center, Texas
