Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home announces funeral services for Charlie James “Jack” Riggans, Jr., 91, will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Bobo. Interment will follow in the Friendship Bobo Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home, 1131 State Hwy 149, Carthage, Texas. Visitation will be on Friday evening from 6-8:00 p.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.  Mr. Riggans passed away on July 30, 2021, in Nacogdoches.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Addie Riggans; children, Theresa Pitts, Remona Taylor and husband Carl, Charles Keith Riggans, Roy Riggans and wife Linda, Lisa McClure and husband Aubrey, Christy Dennis; step-children, Kenneth Goodwin, Adrienne Gail Mitchell, Tamy Howard, Kevin Mitchell and wife Fran, Sandra Mitchell; sister, Johnnie Riggans; A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends; special nephews, Scotty Riggans and Alan Delany.
