Hicks Mortuary is announcing funeral services for Mr. Carl Willis White (88) of Center, Texas.   Mr. White died Friday, July 2, 2021, at his residence.    Mr. White was born to the late Mr. John Henry White and Perlena Ruth, White in Choice, Texas.  Funeral service will be Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at East Liberty Baptist Church (2980 County Rd 2569) in the East Liberty Community.   Brother Freddie Wilson will be officiating.  

Mr. White is survived by:

Wife:  Johnnie Mae White of Center, Texas 

Daughters:  Janice (Calvin) Rose of Center, Texas and Janet (Tim) Lamon of Missouri City, Texas 

Brother:  Johnny Ray White of Katy, Texas 

Sister:  Ella Faye Ware of Center, Texas; Lola Mae Fields of the The Colony, Texas; Will Mae Dunn of Killeen; and Pauline Hamilton of DeSoto, Texas 

In-laws:  Mary Ella Robinson and Willie Fred (Gracie) McClelland of Center, Texas 

Visitations will be Friday, July 9, 2021, at Hicks Chapel from the hours of 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. 

Burial:  Rather Cemetery in Shelbyville, Texas
