Larry Reynolds

 

 

Larry Reynolds passed away at his home in Center on Friday, November 27, 2020, just a few days after his 60th birthday. 


A graveside service will be held at the Reynolds Cemetery in Dreka at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 4. Brother Lamar Denby, Jr. will officiate.  


Larry was born on November 21, 1960 to Inez and G.B. Reynolds.  He was a member of West Hamilton Missionary Baptist Church.  He graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1979.  He worked for Tyson Foods in Tenaha in the mechanic department for over 15 years which he loved.  He would later miss his coworkers and his job when he had to leave the company due to Parkinson’s. 


He will be remembered for his hearty laughter, his kind heart, and his love for his friends and family.  He enjoyed listening to music (especially rock and roll), doing puzzles, going fishing, going to the beach, working on cars, hanging out with friends, and talking on the phone or in person to his sister, Paula.

Phyllis Castillo and husband, Tony of Houston
Vicki Reynolds-Kutschinski of Kingwood
Nieces and Nephews:
Jenny Harvey, Adam Castillo, Olivia Castillo, Selina Kutschinski, Max Kutschinski, Anna Kutschinski and Lars Kutschinski
He is preceded in death by:
His parents, Inez and G.B. Reynolds
His niece, Christy Harvey


Services are under the direction of Mangum Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
