Margie Tyler, 85, of Joaquin, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019, in Nacogdoches.  
Ms. Tyler was born June 23, 1934, in the Pedro Community of Lawrence County, Ohio.  Her hobbies included sewing, reading, gardening, playing any type of card games, and also playing bubble pop. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Logansport, Louisiana.

She is survived by her daughter, Lesa Parmer of Joaquin; granddaughter, Addison Parmer of Conroe; grandson, Jeremy Tyler and fiancé, Jacqulyn Morris of Houston; great grandson, Jack Tyler of Houston; sister-in-law, Juanita Beasley of Joaquin; nieces, Sharron Shanz of Joaquin and Vicki Schafer of Denton; nephew, Rick Bixler of Gilbert, Arizona; numerous other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Doug Tyler; son, David Ellis; parents; and sister-in-law, Helen Bixler.
