Kristal Florene Locke, 94, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on August 28, 2019, in San Antonio. She was born on October 8, 1924, in Center, Texas to John Locke and Martha (Mattie) Eudora Higginbotham Locke. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Newburn Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel.
