Billie Jean Wheeler, 81, of Center, Texas, passed away on August 21, 2019 in
Nacogdoches, Texas. She was born on August 2, 1938 in San Augustine, Texas to
Fred Corbitt Page and Lillie Mae Perry Page. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM
on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Mangum Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Williams
officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
A visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, August 26, 2019 at
Mangum Funeral Home.

Billie was a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Wheeler; parents, Fred and Lillie
Mae Page; sisters, Nora Olean Page and Mary Conway; and brothers, Jerry Page
and Fred Taylor Page.

Pallbearers will be Jason Bell, Justin Bell, Chris Wheeler, Nic Wheeler, Andy
Cockrell and Ben Cockrell.
