Pauline Lorah, 89, of Center, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018, in Center.
 
Memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with Rev. Karen Jones and Bro. Terry Goodnight officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
 
Mrs. Lorah was born March 29, 1928, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Sedric Steward and Itasca Henson Steward.  She lived most of her adult years in Houston, Texas.  Shortly after moving to Center from Houston, she became a member of the First United Methodist Church, where she worshipped and participated in many church functions.  She enjoyed drinking her morning cup of coffee while sitting on her back porch overlooking birds and animals that often visited a nearby pond.  She found beauty in all of God’s creations.  She was a loving mother who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
