Don Hooper



Don Hooper, 80, of Center, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018, at his residence.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, January 21, 2018, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, January 22, 2018, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Mardy Guidry officiating.  Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Center.
Mr. Hooper was born December 15, 1937, in Shelby County, to Willie Hooper and Perline Parrish Hooper.  Some of the many things he enjoyed doing with his family were fishing, gardening and raising all types of animals with the grandchildren where they learned so many valuable lessons about life they will pass on, as his grandchildren were his greatest blessings.  Mr. Hooper was of the Baptist faith.
