James Andrusick

James Andrusick, 45, of Nacogdoches, Texas, passed away on November 29, 2017 in Nacogdoches. He was born on April 9, 1972 in Center, Texas to Henry Fredrick Andrusick, Sr. and Ina Mae Whitman Andrusick. Funeral services for Mr. Andrusick will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Brister officiating. Interment will follow at Blair Cemetery in Timpson. A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Mangum Funeral Home.
 
James was a simple man who had a passion for everything in his life. He was devoted to his career in food service which he began after receiving his Bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. He was a true SFA Lumberjack and supported his SFA family no matter the season. When James was not working, he very much enjoyed fishing. Family meant the world to him and he treasured every second he could spend with his brothers, sister, nieces and nephews. Karaoke and collecting the newest gadgets were two of his favorite pastimes. James' genuine and kind heart will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
 
James is survived by his brothers, Hank Andrusick and wife, Maria of Chireno, Richard Andrusick and wife, Cathy of Houston, David Andrusick and wife, Feather of Center, Steven Andrusick and wife, Elizabeth of Center; sister, Vickie Andrusick and friend, Beverly Stripling of Center; nieces, Katha Wewe and husband, Nick of Ponder, Kera Andrusick and husband, Clifton Clark of Lake Dallas, Meagan Andrusick of Houston, Breana Norman and husband, Aaron of Longview, Autum Andrusick of Center and Aubre Andrusick of Center; nephews, Kevin Andrusick and wife, Jessica of Decatur, Jacob Andrusick of Houston, Nathan Cole of Center; great niece, Hannah and great nephews, Landon and Hayden.
 
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ina Mae Andrusick.
