William Roy O’Pry (Bopa), 78, of Center, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at his residence.
 
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 30, 2016, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev. Gaylord Hayes officiating.  A military honors graveside service will follow at Mt. Herman Cemetery in Center under the direction of VFW Post 8904.
 
Mr. O’Pry was born January 29, 1938, in Groveton, to William Harper O’Pry and Ola Mae Nichols O’Pry.  He served in the United States Airforce and later became a truck driver, from which he retired after forty years.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Lang, Gary O’Pry, Terry Adkison, William Campbell, Hayden O’Pry and Monty Short.  Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Murray, Ethan Adkison and Juan Cuevas.
