Marilyn Sue Smith, 82, of Center, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016, in Center.

 

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 15, 2016, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. John Whitworth officiating.  Interment will follow at White Rock Cemetery in Center.

 

Ms. Smith was born November 4, 1933, in Houston, to Eddie Lee Lock and Edna Odessa Tinsley Lock.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Tenaha.

 

She is survived by

Son: Gary Smith of Houston

 

Daughter: Sue Smith of Tenaha

 

Sister: Doris Laverne Jackson of The Woodlands

 

Sister-in-law: Rachel Smith of Tatum

 

Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

 

Preceded in death by

Husband of 53 years: Jame Warren Smith

Parents: Eddie Lee Lock and Edna Odessa Tinsley Lock

 

Pallbearers will be Stacy Clardy, Eric Endsley, Christopher Endsley, Bobby Smith, Mark Foster, Jesse Bounds and Don Dial.
